Sheila Ritchie - Massage Therapy and Myofascial Release
Sheila (she/her) is a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist with a passion for helping clients achieve both physical and emotional wellness through the healing power of massage.
Trained in a wide range of modalities, Sheila excels in integrating trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage techniques to address chronic pain and a variety of other conditions.
Possessing a learner’s heart, Sheila has always been deeply fascinated by the relationship between the body and mind. After pursuing a career helping underserved communities in the nonprofit sector, she turned to massage to deepen her understanding of how the body works and helping people reach their potential through traditional healing practices.
When she is not massaging, Sheila finds joy in cooking, reading, laughing with friends, and spending time with her three rescue dogs.
